SEMINAR "APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN CREATING LECTURES, MATERIALS AND RESOURCES FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING"

In the context of the industrial revolution 4.0, 5G technology, the AI-driven platforms, and the IOT, foreign language teaching should keep up to date and integrate into this development flow. Foreign language teachers should also make use of technological advances in the creation of lectures and learning materials.

Recognizing this trend and practical needs, UFLS-UD organized an online seminar "Application of Information Technology in Creating Lectures and Foreign Language Learning Materials" on November 6, 2021. It is a part of the Periodic Meeting of the Club of Foreign Language Training Institutions in the Central of Vietnam, the Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges.
 
Dr. Huynh Ngoc Mai Kha, Vice Rector of UFLS, opened the seminar by expressing the sincere thanks to the leaders of the Association for their interest and support in organizing the Club's activities during the past time, as well as leaders of educational institutions for creating opportunities for officials and lecturers to attend the Seminar. This helps to establish a network of academic exchanges between foreign language training institutions.
 
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Quang Son - Vice President of UD affirmed that the seminar organized by the UFLS was a more specialized activity in applying information technology to each training stage. Besides, he also stated his desire that the teachers would collaborate and actively contribute to finding the most optimal solutions, bringing positive effects in foreign language education.
