Department of Personnel and Administrative Affairs provides advice and assistance to the Rector as follows:
- On all aspects of human resource management including:
- Developing proposals on human resource development strategies.
- Managing and implementing policies on salary, payroll, allowances, health insurance and social insurance (retirement, death, illness, pregnancy) in accordance with state regulations.
- Managing records including archives.
- Implementing the staff performance management system according to regulations.
- Reviewing and assessing management positions each term; considering the appointment, re-appointment of management positions or staff as required.
- Keeping and using the official seal by law.
- Assisting the Board of Rectors in the reception of guests.
- Working with the relevant offices and departments in organizing conferences, meetings.
- Maintaining order and safety on the campus.
- Arranging working schedules at the university.
- Administering the network system.
- Implementing other tasks as assigned by the Rector.
