Impressive “Genuine” Musical Performance by UFLS Students in the Graduation Ceremony

On the morning of July 7th, UFLS held an end-of-year and graduation ceremony to award degrees to 1,234 undergraduate students and 7 post-graduate students in 2018.
Prior to the main part of the ceremony was the musical program. Particularly, the hall resounded with cheers and applause for the performance that introduced the cultures of many countries. The performers were students from different departments of English, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai. Many delegates said that they were very impressed and interested in this “genuine” performance from foreign language students.
Among the 1,234 graduates, there were 32 graduates with high distinction, 194 with distinction and 747 with credit.
Also, on this occasion, the university cooperated with local employers in hosting a job fair. Workshops discussed ways to impress employers and how to find desirable employment, seek further education opportunities and develop skills in future careers.
