Signing MOU with National Geographic Learning

On the afternoon of 24 January, 2017, National Geographic Learning delegation led by Mr. Michael Cahill, Director of Asian region had a meeting and signed an MOU with University of Foreign Language Studies, the University of Danang (UFLS-UD).

At the meeting, Dr. Tran Huu Phuc -  the Rector gave a brief introduction about UFLS-UD and the issues related to the teaching and learning at the university. The two parties discussed the possibilities to cooperate in order to improve the English teaching and learning. Mr Michael Cahill and his team expressed their satisfaction and high appreciation towards UFLS’s achievements over the past 30 years of construction and development, deserving the role of one of the three higher education institutions specializing in languages throughout the country.

National Geographic Learning, a part of Cengage Learning, is a world leading publisher of learning solutions, higher education, libraries and vocational training. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship. At the end of the meeting, the two parties signed an MOU concerning cooperation between the two institutions. Representatives from the two parties expect to exchange information and together construct and implement plans in training and teaching within the framework of the MOU.
