10 Scholarships Worth US $2,500 for Thai-Major Students, University of Foreign Language Studies - The University of Da Nang

In the morning of 3 August 2018, the University of Foreign Language Studies ​​- University of Da Nang welcomed Ms. Ureerat Ratanapruske - Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City. The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Dao Thi Thanh Phuong, Vice Rector, Mr. Phan Trong Binh, Deputy Head of Japanese-Korean-Thai Department, Mr. Nguyen Thai Trung, Head of Student Affairs Department, Dr. Nguyen Thi Nhu Y - Head of Office for Research and International Cooperation, Ms. Ho Thi Thuc Nhi - Deputy Head of Office for Research and International Cooperation and Thai-major students of the University of Foreign Language Studies - University of Da Nang.
 
The meeting
 
At the meeting, 10 scholarships worth US $ 2,500 (US $ 250/scholarship) were offered by the Consulate-General to 10 Thai-major students with excellent academic achievements. During the past years, Thai-major students have received active support from the Thai Consulate-General and the Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency (TICA) for a variety of study equipment and materials and valuable scholarships as well as opportunities to participate in many exchange programs between students of Vietnam - Thailand.
