Partnership Between Sun World Ba Na Hills and UFLS-UD

On April 18, 2025, UFLS and Sun World Ba Na Hills officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking a significant milestone in the development of high-quality human resources for Da Nang’s tourism industry, which welcomes over 5 million international visitors annually.
Representing UFLS were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Văn Long - Rector along with Vice Rectors Dr. Huỳnh Ngọc Mai and Dr. Nguyễn Hữu Bình, as well as heads of faculties and departments. From Sun World Ba Na Hills, Mr. Nguyễn Lâm An – Deputy CEO of the Entertainment and Resort Division and Director of the Tourist Area – attended the event, accompanied by managers from operations and various departments, along with 15 student interns from the university.
The agreement provides students from UFLS with opportunities to intern at Sun World Ba Na Hills, enabling them to enhance their practical skills and better prepare for careers in tourism. At the same time, Sun World Ba Na Hills staff will receive language training to improve communication skills and better meet the demands of an international working environment.
Mr. Nguyễn Lâm An highlighted his appreciation for the partnership, emphasizing the goal of welcoming talented students and improving staff language proficiency to enhance the quality of international services at Sun World Ba Na Hills.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Văn Long reaffirmed the university’s commitment to fostering a strong partnership aimed at delivering high-quality human resources in the fields of foreign languages, tourism, commerce, and communications, thereby contributing to the robust growth of Da Nang’s tourism sector.
The signing ceremony also featured site tours, service experiences, and an English-language presentation on Sun Kraft Beer. Both parties committed to expanding collaboration, creating more internship, employment, and career development opportunities
