TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ENHANCING PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS FOR ENGLISH TEACHERS AND IMPROVING CONTENT AND LANGUAGE INTEGRATED LEARNING (CLIL) METHODOLOGY FOR TEACHERS OF OTHER SUBJECTS OFN PHU YEN PROVINCE

On July 10, 2023, UFLS-UD, in cooperation with the Department of Education and Training of Phu Yen province, organized the opening ceremony for a training program which aimed to enhance pedagogical skills for English teachers and improving the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) methodology for subject teachers. This training program included 06 classes designed for pedagogical skills enhancement, with 170 participants being English teachers of various educational levels, and 01 CLIL class with 28 participants, all of whom are subject teachers. During the training, these teachers acquired knowledge about diverse language teaching methodologies. Associate Professor Dr. Tran Huu Phuc, the Rector of the University, expressed his strong belief that with the support of leadership and the dedication of trainers, this course would enable participants to bolster their professional skills and successfully attain their training objectives.
