Academic exchange with students of Eckerd University, USA

In the morning of January 19th, 2025, the delegation from Eckerd University (USA) led by Professor Edward T. Grasso had an academic exchange and sharing experiences in studying with students of university of foreign language studies, the University of Da Nang.
Dr. Le Thi Giao Chi delivered the opening speech
To open an academic and cultural exchange, Dr. Le Thi Giao Chi – Vice Dean, Department of English introduced briefly about UFLS-UD over 30 traditional years and share some thoughts: “Through this exchange, students of both universities will understand more about people, life and cultural characteristics of the two countries. This is an opportunity for UFLS’s students to share and learn more experiences about lifestyle and the way to study of international students as well as have chance to practice English, communication skills and help them to be more confident to study and do research more effectively.”

Through exciting and enjoyable time when participating together in games, puzzles regarding matters of love, life, culture, students of both universities came closer to each other, understood each other more than ever before and got a lot of interesting experiences about customs and habits of the two countries.
This meeting was organized as an open door for emotion and exciting affection of students of EU and UFLS. This is a truly useful playground for UFLS’s students to exchange their culture and experiences of studying with international students.
