Luong Anh Linh, who used to be an outstanding student of Quang Ngai Province, has always achieved excellent results since attending a high quality class of International Studies Department, UFLS. Moreover, she has a particularly great passion for local and international community activities. For example, she was once selected by Vietnam Youth Union to be a representative of Vietnam for ASEAN Student Exchange Programs in Thailand, Cambodia and Malaysia.
Linh is always looking for opportunities to participate in international community activities
Joining such activities, she feels like stepping into a bigger world in which she has to keep on improving herself and making more contributions to society. Linh said, thanks to her useful knowledge and experience through social activities which she has applied in the writing assignments at school, her grades have been higher.
She shared her experience of how to keep a balance between learning and joining social activities. In fact, she attempted to finish her assignments in class and spent much more time learning before examinations. Community programs are usually short-term and thus do not take her too much time. If she is too busy with her study for some time, she will not directly participate in those activities but instead, play the role of a supporter.
About her future plan, she is looking for opportunities to study overseas and dreams to return to UFLS to become a lecturer of International Studies Department. This is because her current lecturers at the Department and communities activities have tremendously inspired her to the major she has chosen.
