MEETING WITH LAOTIAN STUDENTS ON THE OCCASION OF TRADITIONAL BUNPIMAY TET HOLIDAY

On the morning of April 4th 2022, a meeting with Laotian students took place at the dormitory of University of Economics, the University of Danang, on the occasion of Traditional Bunpimay Holiday 2022 of the People’s Democratic Republic of Lao.
The meeting was organized with the presence of representatives from the Department of Student Affairs, Department of Research and International Cooperation, Faculty of Foreign Language Teacher Education, Faculty of International Studies, Youth Union and Student Association, lecturers, students and Laotian students who are currently studying at UFLS.
At the meeting, UFLS participants and students had a chance to experience important rituals of the traditional Bunpimay Tet Holiday of Lao which was held with warth and solemness.
The meeting was aimed at strenthening the friendship and cooperation of students and young people of the two nations.
Simultaneously, it helped warm the heart of Laotian students who were unable to return to their home country for the celebration of Bunpimay Holiday, which is of great significance to Lao’s people.
