SEMINAR ON “CONNECTING THE SUPPLY AND DEMAND OF JAPANESE-Speaking HUMAN RESOURCES” BETWEEN UFLS-UD AND JAPANESE PARTNERS

On the morning of February 26, 2022, University of Foreign Languages Studies - The University of Da Nang (UD-UFLS) in collaboration with EHLE Academy, Japan held a seminar on “Connecting the supply and demand of Japanese-speaking human resources”.
The seminar was organized to further strengthen linkages between the Japanese government and businesses and Vietnamese educational institutions including UFLS-UD to improve the quality of teaching and connect employers with students.
UFLS-UD is currently training more than 400 students majoring in Japanese language and is expected to have more than 100 graduates in 2022, promptly meeting the human resource demand for the domestic and foreign labor market.
UFLS-UD has also officially established the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture, becoming a prestigious and reliable destination for high-quality human resource training in the Japanese language.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Huu Phuc expressed his belief that this seminar would be of highly practical significance, contributing to enhancing information exchange, linking the "three stakeholders" (State-School-Enterprise) in training, using human resource effectively to meet the needs of businesses and the community.
UFLS-UD also hoped to continue receiving support and companionship of agencies, organizations and enterprises for the education and training mission of the University.
