STUDENT OF UFLS-UD WINS FIRST PRIZE IN RUSSIAN OLYMPIC CONTEST 2021

On March 31st 2021, the 18th Russian Olympic Contest organized by the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Hanoi officially took place. Six students of the Faculty of Russian with the highest results in the preliminary round at the University of Foreign Language Studies, University of Danang, entered the final round in Hanoi. In spite of interrupted and prolonged schooltime due to the covid-19 pandemic and limited preparation, all contestants from UFLS achieved excellent results in the contest. This was largely credit to the support of UFLS lecturers, as well as the strong determination and excessive efforts of the students themselves.
According to the final result, the first prize came to three freshmen of the Faculty of Russian of UFLS-UD namely Nguyen Tran Thuy Dung, Truong Thi Thu Suong, Le Thi Hong Yen. These three students will receive 3 full scholarships to study in Russian universities for 5 years.
