STUDENTS OF FACULTY OF RUSSIAN WINS HIGH PRIZES IN LITERARY TRANSLATION CONTEST “BEAUTIFUL WORDS BECOMING APHORISMS”

In memory of the 200th birth anniversary of the renowned Russian writer F.M. Dostoevsky (November 11, 1821 - November 11, 2021), the Russian Center of Science and Culture organized a literary translation contest "Beautiful words Becoming aphorisms".
80 translated works were submitted to the Russian Center of Science and Culture. Four students from the Faculty of Russian, UFLS-UD won the competition in the section “Дебютанты. The first prize belonged to students Le Nu Khanh Ly, class 18CNNN01, Le Thi Kim Hai - class 20CNNDL01. Nguyen Pham Thu Uyen class 18CNN01 and Phan Thi Xuan Nhi, class 18CNNDL01won the second prize andthe third prize respectively
The contest is a perfect place for students to express their love for Russia and its culture, and especially the words of F.M. Dostoevsky, the great Russian writer. Hopefully, the writer's beautiful words and life philosophies will serve as a fantastic spiritual baggage for the students to carry in their life.
