WORKSHOP ENTITLED “DEVELOPING A PERSONAL BRAND IDENTITY”

On the afternoon of April 17, 2021, the Faculty of International Studies, UFLS-UD successfully organized the 2021 softskill and career orientation workshop entitled “Developing a Personal Brand Identity” at Hall A, UFLS-UD. The workshop was to help students grasp their opportunities and experience challenges to master necessary skills in developing their own personal brand identities, better meeting the demands of employers and the labour market.
In the context where job requirements are getting more and more demanding, not only do students have to accumulate well the knowledge acquired from university, they also need to demonstrate strong soft skills and professional ones necessary for their future career, which is key to prove one’s self competences. For many years, UFLS-UD has fostered the university-business cooperation and collaborated with enterprises in organizing soft skills training for students, which helps boost their confidence in job search and increase their capabilities to work effectively.
The workshop was held in an open and friendly atmosphere, then ended on a high note. The organizing board expressed their appreciation to the speakers, especially to the keynote speaker, Dr. Nguyen Khanh Trung.
